"Staff overall in all departments is solid. I called once a few weeks ago to ask a question about product availability - I asked for the store manager and was put through immediately without any question. Impressive and not only got my question answered, I got more than I asked for - awesome! \n\nThe store is super clean. Back to the staff you get optimal service in every department. I've been able to get a good lay of the land as I'm here every couple of weeks. Charcuterie fixings, their meat and seafood options are second to none. I love Whole Foods at Easton!"

"I just want to give a huge shout-out to this Whole Foods location. I genuinely look forward to grocery shopping when I come here, which says a lot because we all know it can feel overwhelming sometimes. The staff is always so willing to help and consistently kind. I've even gotten to know a few of them by name, and it truly feels like walking into a neighborhood grocery store where you're greeted by familiar faces.\n\nEverything is easy to find, always fresh, and honestly just tastes better. I can get everything I need in one trip, and I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. Whatever hiring or training process you use clearly works, because the team here is made up of some of the friendliest, most helpful, hardworking people.\n\nThank you for making grocery shopping feel enjoyable and welcoming. And the social space--complete with the fireplace, coffee, and ready-to-eat food--just takes it to another level. It's such a cool addition to the whole experience."

"Great whole foods and healthy choice shopping at this supermarket.\n\nCan we talk for a minute about the great produce section? They're really a lot of great selections here. The deli and meat department are also top-notch. And there is an enormous bulk nuts and candy section where you can measure out your favorite selections and bag them.\n\nFresh Thyme is really a unique shopping experience for groceries and even though I live close to the center of Columbus, it is well worth making the drive to come here for the quality & variety of healthy food that is available!"

"We were in the area and made a first visit to this particular Amazon Fresh. Our go-to Amazon Fresh is the nearby Morton Grove store for reference. We noticed 4 notable differences from the Morton Grove store which has served our needs pretty well given the Prime membership discounts that we realize. The most important one, and one the wife noticed, is that the prices here are more competitive than in Morton Grove. We surmised that was just due to the presumably stiffer grocery competition in Schaumburg. A second difference is the produce department has more offerings. A third difference is they have a Krispy Kreme stand here for what that's worth. Finally, a fourth difference is the temperature in here is actually reasonable and comfortable as opposed to the usually frigid conditions in Morton Grove lol. Overall, a pretty nice Amazon Fresh, and thumbs up."
