The rock star will now perform at the U.K. music festival after saying Tuesday he wouldn't be playing because Glastonbury was under the BBC's "corporate control."

Today (January 3), Neil Young has walked back his public boycott of Glastonbury 2025. Come June, festivalgoers can catch the “ Love Earth ” musician performing live on the Worthy Farm grounds as part of his band Chrome Hearts.

Neil Young announced on his website he would not be playing Glastonbury this year, citing 'corporate control' over the festival.

"We were told that BBC was now a partner in Glastonbury and wanted us to do a lot of things in a way we were not interested in," Young said about the decision to not play with his new band, the Chrome Hearts.

The Canadian rocker had initially called the festival a "corporate turn-off" earlier this week, blaming the BBC's involvement at the event.
