The Dallas Mavericks suffered a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves and, to make matters worse, also lost their offensive leader, Luka Doncic, who is now set to miss a significant number of upcoming games due to injury.

The Mavericks announced that Luka Doncic's left calf strain suffered in the team's Christmas Day loss to the T'wolves will be reevaluated in a month.
