The Red Line is a planned 14-mile Light Rail line connecting Baltimore’s east-west corridor between Highlandtown and Woodlawn, running through downtown Baltimore.

Some Baltimore students and children in Maryland will have access to expanded MTA bus, Light Rail and subway services.

Light rail services in Baltimore were temporarily halted Sunday as firefighters battled a blaze downtown. Access to the light rail was restored around 2 p.m., but some road closures are ongoing.
