The bullmastiff is a dog of great strength, endurance, and alertness; powerfully built but active. The foundation of the breed is 60 percent English Mastiff and 40 percent original English Bulldog.

Beyond its brindle coat, you'll probably notice its large stature first. After all, Irish Wolfhounds are some of the tallest dogs in the world, averaging about 32 inches tall.
