The McDonald’s post comes on Starbucks’ 2024 Red Cup Day which sees the coffee shop chain giving away reusable holiday cups with certain drink purchases. The McDonald’s holiday Doodles cups, coming in three sizes, drop on Nov. 18.

The pink, blue and purple holiday cups featuring Doodle characters in snowy scenes will be available starting on Nov. 18. Doodles began as an NTF project made up of colorful pastel characters by artist Scott Martin. Many fans used their Doodle as a profile picture on social media. McDonald’s customers can earn digital and physical products.

McDonald’s is bullish on Doodles, the media franchise that began as a non-fungible token (NFT) project. “McCafé x Doodles Holiday cups coming 11/18,” McDonald’s and Doodles have both confirmed in recent posts on X.
