The Asbury Park Press reported that the woman had been on the 75-foot-high Tornado slide. The Tornado sends patrons down a long tunnel at about 25 miles an hour, before they enter into a broad funnel.

Their suit contends Jessica Getty “was unable to maintain a safe riding position, causing the tube to flip over” as it descended through a cascade of water in a massive blue-and-yellow funnel.
