PARIS — Clean makeup brand Ilia Beauty is being acquired by the Courtin-Clarins family holding company, Famille C, which also owns the Clarins brand. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ILIA has been a proponent of recycling and cutting down on plastic waste. In fact, most of ILIA’s products come in minimal packaging, that’s paper-based and can be recycled easily.
