With junctional escape rhythms, you notice that the rate is 40-60 bpm and regular. QRS will be narrow (less than 0.12 seconds), QT interval and T wave will be normal.
P4 and P5 do not occur in time, and a junctional impulse escapes twice more (R3 and R4). Finally, the next P1 wave occurs early enough to conduct to the ventricle (R1), repeating the cycle again.
