The creator of the hit Netflix drama Squid Game has admitted he lost “eight or nine” teeth because he was so stressed while making the series.

"Squid Game" creator Hwang Dong-hyuk says he lost teeth from the stress of making the first season and explains his motivations for making Season 2.

Hwang Dong-hyuk is currently promoting the second series of Squid Game, which will land on the streaming service on December 26, and he revealed that the stress he feels now is 'much greater.'

Speaking to the BBC on the set of “Squid Game” Season 2, Hwang said he actually lost eight or nine teeth during the first season. As a result, Hwang vowed to never put himself through such kind of pressure again,
