According to the brand's Instagram, Submersive will be “the world's first immersive art bathhouse. We're creating a new category, immersive wellness.

Called Submersive, the project promises to be "a spa that takes you beyond relaxation into elevated states of consciousness." The 25,000-square-foot, $15 million project is set to open in 2026.

Submersive will be Brinkerhoff's first venture in Austin and the company estimated to attract 200,000 visitors a year. Ticket prices are expected to cost $88 per person.
