Start with an old window you no longer want or one you've thrifted. Purchase some Mod Podge Glue and a decoupage brush, such as the Mod Podge Paint Brush Applicator, and your choice of paper.

For this project, this can just be a 2 x 4 cut to fit between the studs on either side of your opening, with two jack studs sistered in to support it.
