Miguel Garcia was arrested in San Mateo for hit-and-run and vehicle theft after leaving behind a series of damaged cars.

A wrecked Ford Explorer was found crashed against a tree along the roadway. One passenger, identified as Kaylynne P. Flett, 33, of Wellpinit, was pronounced dead at the scene.
