Regardless of whether the Sacramento Kings move De'Aaron Fox by the Feb. 6 NBA trade deadline, they need to recognize this as an organizational pivot point.

“In this business, you have to put those emotions aside,” Fox said. “Obviously, everybody especially who were here during that long (postseason drought), and who was on this team when we made the playoffs, obviously that means a lot to everybody.

Now, with the NBA trade deadline just over a week away, things are set to get even more wild. The Kings have constantly been rumored to be gearing up for a deal ahead of the deadline, but none as significant as new reports suggest.
