The Georgian-style property in Winnetka, Illinois, famously known as the McCallister family residence in the 1990 holiday classic, has traded hands.

The five-bedroom mansion has gotten its first new owners in 13 years — and seven years after the current owners renovated and expanded it.

The north suburban home from "Home Alone," located at 671 Lincoln Avenue in Winnetka, sold for $5.5 million, $250,000 above its asking price. The 9,126-square-foot home, built in 1921 and renovated in 2018, includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, sports court, wet bar, movie theater, and more.
