OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) — Mark Andrews is “absolutely gutted by what happened” in last weekend’s divisional playoff loss at Buffalo, the veteran Baltimore Ravens tight end said in a social media post Thursday.

It’s difficult to imagine what Mark Andrews has been going through since Sunday. The star tight end — who was huge for the Ravens in the second half of the season — had himself a brutal fourth quarter and the costliest drop in Baltimore’s divisional round loss.

This season, Andrews caught 55 passes for 673 yards and a career-high 11 touchdowns. The former Oklahoma All-American has Pro Bowl berths under his belt in 2019, 2021 and 2022; a 1,361-receiving-yard season in '21 netted him All-Pro honors as well. With one year left on his contract, Andrews will have plenty of motivation to bounce back.
