Captain Harry Kane is unhappy with the number of players who have withdrawn from the latest England squad, insisting "England comes before club".

Arsenal duo Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice are among eight players to pull out of England’s squad for their upcoming Nations League fixtures. Both were withdrawn in the latter stages of the Gunners’ 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Sunday. Rice was playing with a broken toe, while Saka departed after suffering a blow to his leg.

England skipper Harry Kane has hit out at several players who withdrew from the national team ahead of their Nations League matches against Greece and Ireland, saying on Wednesday that country must always come before club football.
