First Watch, which takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings, already has four Delaware restaurants in Christiana, Greenville, Newark and Talleyville.

First Watch plans to open three new restaurants in Delaware in 2025 and early 2026. Each new restaurant will create approximately 30 jobs and operate from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
