Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola blamed the fact that he is missing key players for his side's late capitulation against Brentford in the Premier League on Tuesday as the Bees came from 2-0 down to grab a 2-2 draw.

Manchester City threw away a two-goal lead away to Brentford as Pep Guardiola 's woes continue. A second-half brace from Phil Foden had put the Premier League champions into a seemingly unassailable lead. It didn't prove enough though, with Brentford netting two late goals to rescue a point.

Seconds after the Bees saw what they thought was their opening goal wiped away, Kevin De Bruyne whipped in a cross to Phil Foden, who found the back of the net from just a few yards out. The England international doubled City's lead in the 78th minute.
