The director behind the movie 'The Greatest Showman' is out with a new musical and this time he is making a monkey out of British Superstar Robbie Williams.

The Robbie Williams movie Better Man opens wide in theaters in the U.S. this weekend, which means that Americans can finally learn who the heck Robbie Williams is.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- “Better Man” is the movie everyone’s talking about but no one’s buying tickets to see. The biopic, about global pop star Robbie Williams, bombed in its first weekend of wide release, pulling in just $1 million across 1,291 theaters. The film and theories about why it flopped have ignited a contentious discourse on social media.

Better Man” tells the pop star’s tale through the persona of a monkey. “People found it odd at first, but that’s OK. I’m odd,” he says.
