Now click on "Change settings" and click on "Allow another app..." in the bottom right corner. Select an app to add in the window that pops up, and then click "Add" to add the exception to the list. Selecting public would ensure that it works at a coffee shop (assuming windows detected that coffee shop as "public"). It depends on the game.
