Maya Moore as a rookie was not yet many things she ended up being. No one is saying she's the equivalent of Maya Moore 5 years into the league. Caitlin has obviously been a huge role model to so many young girls playing basketball. You're disingenuous at best if you cannot see that. But go off with your agenda.

Maya was a monster right out of college Nah. Maya Moore was decent right out of college. She didn't become a monster until her third season. Before then she was only the third-best player on the Lynx, and her disappearing act in the Finals (outside of the one game they won) is a big part of why Minnesota didn't repeat in 2012.
