Nov 2, 2017 · Jul 10, 2023. #1. I predict Model X 5-seater will be priced at $78K in January 2024. My reasons: 1) Federal EV tax credit enables SUVs priced under $80K to get $7500 discount. And starting January 1st, this will be a point-of-sale discount, given upfront. 2) Model X Long Range was already priced at $80K from May to December of 2020.

Apr 11, 2017 · Tesla will replace the windshield for you, but you have to pay $1500 out-of-pocket and deal with insurance reimbursement on your own. I chose to go through Safelite to avoid the up-front expense. I'm not sure whether Tesla would tack tax on top of the $1500 or not.

Last year we had some big ticket repair costs with new front suspension, upper- and lower arms etc mounting to $10,000. before that we had some items like new brakes of more than $1000.
