Jul 13, 2015 · Chances are medical advances come about frequently. Inky may have gotten advice along the lines of "the arm is living and vibrant, just non communicative." The day may come they can patch around the nerve damages and have it operative again but only if its there. Doesn't hurt anything to keep hope alive. Best to this young man.
