Jun 17, 2019 · I recently decided to subscribe to STARZ through my AppleTV account (apple has issued me the invoice monthly). When I go to the app it doesn’t recognize my subscription at all and asks me to log in or create an account for a 3 month subscription.

Oct 16, 2019 · On Mac, you can watch Starz in a browser (Safari/Firefox/Chrome). The subscriptions to Apple TV Channels through the Apple TV app are (generally) not interchangeable with sign-in methods outside of the Apple TV app.

Sep 3, 2017 · Same problem. Can’t cancel subscription because it doesn’t exist. I never subscribed to Starz, anywhere, but have been billed $9.53 monthly, plus $9.53 daily, for the last 3 days. This is ridiculous. Starz offers no direct support. Not sure what to do.

Mar 6, 2021 · A Starz Channel subscription started inside of the Apple TV app, will require it to be viewed in the Apple TV app. These two types of subscriptions are generally not exchangeable.

May 19, 2016 · We subscribed to Starz through our Apple TV and I cannot find a way to cancel the subscription. If I go to my account and select manage subscriptions, Starz does not show as a subscription. Any ideas on why it doesn't show?

Jun 30, 2020 · The Starz app would get its content directly from the Starz servers. Apple TV app Channel Starzplay would get its content from the Apple servers, and that would meant that Apple has to receive the files first to make them available.
