Nov 7, 2022 · Since installing Windows 11, my USB-C connection is no longer charging. The port is recognised (i.e. if I plug a phone in or another device) but while I can charge with the Surface power cable plugged on the mains, this no longer works via the USB-C port. I use the cable that came with my powerbank, which used to work while using Windows 10.
