So tack that on to the $940 shipped cast S480 plus balancing/labor and typical 20% mark up... and your looking at $1300+ VS $780. Forced Inductions billet S480 is $1300 + shipping so it seems about right.

Jan 22, 2022 · If you want a 88mm that will make 2000hp you should buy a G57-2000 Garrett. The G57-3000 is a 106mm which will actually make 3000hp. The tech stealing Chinese fucks will have to anti-up if they want to actually copy a G57. Completely different turbine wheel and housing designs than anything else on the market.

Feb 21, 2019 · This long block with a single T6 S475 (old style from Majestic Turbo) has gone 9.50@140 at 3250 on 93 pump and 22-24psi. It would nose over at 6500 or so, although I never dynoed it. I suspect the turbo was out of gas. I swapped to twin 7875s for more volume available with what I thought would be less heat at 15+psi.

So yes the 85/102mm with the bigger exhaust wheel would have more head room vs a s400 with the std 96mm exhaust wheel.
