Jul 9, 2019 · I-405 From Bellevue to I-5 at the north end has a pay-option, southern section does not. You must be a 2+ HOV to drive the HOV lane in that southern section between I-5 near SeaTac and Bellevue, except I think after 7pm. For the northern section HOV limits (free use of Express lanes) are a G2G flexpass, 3+ during peak hours and 2+ for other hours.

Nov 1, 2018 · I don't drive those toll roads, but in the 110 HOV lanes, my transponder reads even in the center console with the lid closed. My transponder is a couple of years old. It's a vast improvement over my S, where reading is hit or miss when mounted on the dashboard. Only reliable spot in the S is on the rear hatch glass.

Aug 27, 2014 · Nope,at least not any tesla owner I have read of, nor myself. I wouldnt WANT them to "automatically apply" for HOV stickers in any case. If I didnt need them (for example) I could not register for HOV lane access, and then when I sold the car the new owner would still be able to register for access as long as it had not been registered before.

May 14, 2018 · This isn't Tesla-specific. This isn't HOV decal-specific. I've taken off countless decals including HOV stickers (20 years driving EVs!). Heat, WD-40 and patience is the answer in every case. The HOV decals ARE more of a pain than your basic bumper sticker... but still. Nothing that can't be done at home.

It may have a sign that HOV ok is not permitted. The paragraph above is supported by Section 152 of the Motor Vehicle Act and Section 42 of the Motor Vehicle Regulation.

When I used to take 237 daily they would have CHP motorcycle cops sitting on the left shoulder looking for carpool violators, the bike cops would also lane split looking for violators.

Mar 5, 2015 · Adheres just fine. Mine stayed on for 4 years. Would not suggest removing and replying though. I finally removed mine due to expiration of my HOV privileges and it came off easily leaving no residue. It’s nice not having ugly stickers on my bumpers anymore.

Dec 28, 2018 · My ppf installer is placing the HOV decals on a separate piece of ppf, which will be installed on top of the ppf of the car. I would really think twice about applying those HOV decals directly to the paint. They are a mess to remove after they expire.
